“I don’t live without money — I live with trust.”
Daniel Suelo
Money is so ingrained in our thinking that the idea of living without money does not sound practical at all. I usually think that our Eastern economies are still more conducive to a simpler and less money-intensive lifestyle; however, finding examples of people who have lived in such an extreme way within a Western economy brings more trust in the ideal of life being easy, free, and livable without the confines of money or the contemporary economic system. Daniel Suelo is one such individual.
Daniel does not advocate that people follow him; however, he does show us that life without money is not only possible today but, contrary to what most people would say, is more fun.
