This a waiting list for people who want to become part of the commune.
Commune needs it first set of 50 settlers. These settlers are early adopter and people who commit to live in commune as part of the first settlement. The first settlers not only have to be core believers of this lifestyle but need to share diverse set of background to enable smoothing functioning of the commune.

This vision speaks directly to a growing group of people: young professionals, artists, middle-class urbanites, and craftspeople who:
- Reject soulless, concrete living spaces
- Crave closeness to nature and community
- Want to eat healthy, homegrown food
- Hope to contribute to reviving Pakistan’s agricultural culture
- Seek low-cost, eco-friendly housing solutions
- Wish to live in a place where values matter more than possessions
- Want to reduce their environmental footprint—and do it together
The commune will grow organically, starting with a humble setup inspired by rural village life, and evolving with each wave of settlers. It will be a living experiment in natural living, where modern interventions meet timeless wisdom—and where connection, not consumption, defines the good life.
Creating a center for knowledge, research, and training focused on low-cost, self-sustaining, environmentally friendly human communities that will serve as a model for communities worldwide.
A Modern Village for a New Way of Living
This commune envisions an affordable, close to nature lifestyle community within commuting distance of major metropolitan—a place where families and individuals live in harmony with nature, grow their own food, and power their homes with renewable energy. Built on the foundation of sustainability, shared purpose, and human connection, the community offers an alternative to the rising costs, isolation, and environmental burden of urban life.
At its core, this is a place for people who long to live alongside like-minded individuals—those who value meaningful relationships, community cooperation, and a slower, more intentional way of life. It’s for those who see human connection not as a luxury, but as an essential part of well-being.
Housing will be constructed using locally sourced, environmentally friendly materials and portable, low-impact shelters, blending traditional building wisdom with modern eco-conscious design. The community will share an intimate relationship with the land, the plants, and the animals that inhabit it. Shared land use, clean water access, solar power, and sustainable systems for waste and sewage management will ensure that both the environment and people flourish.
The commune will also feature spaces for trade and skill-sharing, including a market that connects the community to the outside world. Residents—especially the first wave of artisan settlers—will be encouraged to develop crafts, farming skills, and remote services, creating a vibrant internal economy rooted in mutual support and creativity.

Our plan is start with first commune with 50 homes. Yes, this is a small number but we are still experimenting & learning. Imagine a group of artists, educators, home makers, food growers & health practitioners all living together.
How will the commune sustain itself?
First and foremost, living in the commune will essentially be free. However, we will still require income to sustain the community and its operations. There are several ways we plan to generate revenue. Primarily, residents will include remote workers, entrepreneurs, and artists who can earn their livelihood without relying on urban infrastructure. Over time, the commune will cultivate income streams through a combination of agriculture, art and craft, technology and remote services, training and research, and cottage industry. These activities will not only contribute to the commune’s self-sufficiency but also allow residents to offer valuable products and services to the outside world.

“What is the timeline of the commune?”
The development of the commune will follow a phased and community-driven roadmap:
- Establish the Core Concept: We begin by consolidating our foundational ideas into a Core Document that outlines the vision, values, and guiding principles of the commune.
- Architectural Planning: A public call will be issued for expressions of interest from architectural firms to design the commune’s blueprint.
- Costing and Funding: Once we receive the architectural plans and estimated costs, we will begin collecting deposits from interested settlers and assemble a development team to initiate groundwork.
- Early Settler Onboarding: We will identify and confirm a group of early settlers committed to co-building the community, ensuring alignment with the commune’s ethos.
- Collaborative Design Process: A small, select group of early participants will engage in ongoing discussions to provide feedback and help refine the blueprint.
- Community Governance: A formal board will be created within the community to represent member voices and finalize the design and development plan based on collective input.
This timeline is intentionally participatory and iterative, allowing space for feedback, adjustment, and co-creation at every step.
